Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount on bk 77 is ৳200 (per method). Currently accepted payment methods are bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly. If there is a delay for any reason, please contact customer support.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. bKash, Nagad and Rocket can also be used for withdrawals. Before submitting a withdrawal request, make sure your account's KYC (identity verification) has been completed.

3.3 Payment Details Consistency

The name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals must match the name registered on the bk 77 account. If the names do not match, the transaction may be declined and an investigation may be initiated.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

bk 77 offers various bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own terms. By claiming a bonus, you are considered to have accepted the specific terms of that bonus.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 200% bonus is available on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning you must wager that amount 25 times before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, depositing ৳1,000 gives a bonus of ৳2,000 and a total balance of ৳3,000; the wagering required for withdrawal will be ৳2,000 × 25 = ৳50,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

Other offers, including weekly deposit rewards, cricket festival bonuses and special rewards for slot players, apply at specific times and under specific conditions. Full terms for each promotion are provided on the promotions page.

4.3 Bonus Usage Restrictions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another bonus is still active.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected that appear intended to exploit a bonus, bk 77 reserves the right to cancel that bonus.
• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by bk 77; the list of eligible games is specified separately in each offer.

Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 General Betting Rules

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a connection is lost or a game stops midway for any reason, bk 77 will determine the result based on the game state at that point. If a technical error occurs in the game software, the result of that round may be voided and the bet for that round refunded.

5.2 Sports Betting-Specific Terms

When placing bets on cricket, football or any other sport, the rules and conditions specific to that event apply. If a match is cancelled, postponed or not completed within the scheduled time, the result will be determined in accordance with the betting rules. In-play betting may experience temporary delays, and it is prohibited to bet by taking advantage of such delays.

5.3 Prohibited Activities

• Using multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using bots, automated software or any technical means.
• Attempting to defraud the platform through coordinated or artificial betting.
• Attempting to access or hack another user's account.

If evidence is found of involvement in any of the above activities, the account will be permanently closed and the balance forfeited.

VIP Program and Cashback

bk 77 has three VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Each tier includes a weekly cashback benefit — up to 0.3% for Bronze, up to 0.5% for Silver and up to 0.8% for Gold. This cashback is calculated based on the total net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

Promotion or demotion between VIP tiers depends on activity and betting history on the platform. bk 77 reserves the right to change the terms of VIP benefits at any time and will make reasonable efforts to notify users before any changes take effect.

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

Once self-exclusion is activated, access to the account will be blocked for the specified period and no bonuses or promotional offers will be available during that time. Self-exclusion cannot be lifted before the period ends.

Account Closure and Suspension

8.1 Closure at the User's Request

You may contact customer support at any time to request permanent closure of your account. Any pending withdrawal requests will be settled and valid balances returned before the account is closed. However, if the wagering requirements of an active bonus have not been met, that bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by bk 77

bk 77 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in any of the following circumstances:

• Registering with false or misleading information.
• Being underage or operating an account on behalf of an underage person.
• Suspicion of involvement in fraud, money laundering or any other illegal activity.
• Participation in the prohibited activities listed in Section 5.3.
• Being inactive for longer than the specified period.
